A native Texan, Sunnye grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, where her love of craft beer began with her first sip of Crop Circle Wheat at the Great Dane in the mid 90s. As 3 Nations Director of Fun, Sunnye combines her life-long love of craft beer with 20 years of event planning experience. She earned her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and uses it regularly working with the 3 Nations crew. As she hates winter, Sunnye moved back home to Texas in 1998, where she met Ryan, her husband of 20 years. They live in Carrollton with their two crazy kids.
Jordan is a Carrollton, TX native with a background in customer service and giving hugs. She started out working part-time on our 3 Nations team doing retail tastings, then swiftly worked her way into the taproom as a beertender in Farmers Branch. Converted into a craft beer lover, Jordan decided to take the Taproom Manager role when it opened in the spring of 2020. You can catch Jordan sporting fun and embarrassing costumes around the brewery and online for virtual trivia. Jordan loves to pump up her team and spread cheer to everyone she encounters.
When not working at 3 Nations, you can find Jordan jamming out to early 2000’s pop punk music, brunching with her gals, cheering on the Mavs and Stars, and being better than David Rush at Galaga.

David is a lifelong resident of the Carrollton area and has spent his entire life in the amusement/entertainment industry. David now serves as the Operations and Facilities Manager of 3 Nations Brewing. He has been married to his wife, for 23 years, and has a daughter attending Oklahoma State University.

Born and raised it the great state of Texas, Blake grew up in Fort Worth. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin University, Blake first found his passion for customer service, training, and recruiting while working in the service industry. He then spent time developing his trade both as a recruiter and sales manager in various industries. It was during this time he found his passion for craft beer and the craft beer community. More than likely, you will see a frosty cold beer in his hand any time he’s sharing his love for craft beer with others. Blake spends his free time hanging out with his two basset hounds, studying for the upcoming fantasy football season and watching his favorite show, The Office.
Blake is an artist that specializes in abstract and surrealism paintings as well as live performance painting. He has painted numerous live shows, festivals and venues alongside musicians like Buddy Guy, Galactic and more. His art and painting techniques are just as weird and interesting as he is!

A life-long Dallas area resident, John graduated from Baylor University before getting an MBA from the University of North Texas. After spending a decade in sales, John pursued a new passion – creating and leading high performing teams with a focus on the behaviors of growth organizations. He spent 11 years working for Nokia Telecommunications prior to becoming an entrepreneur. Like many, John got sucked into the dream vortex of Gavin Secchi and has worked hard with Gavin to create a brewery that we hope is second to none. John is married and has two adult sons.
John loves adventure. He walked on Hadrian’s wall, visited Stonehenge and has seen most major castles in England. He was blessed by the Pope at the Vatican (along with 5,000 other people), rode an elephant in Thailand and worked in a rice field. In 1975, he rode his 10-speed bicycle from Dallas to Lubbock. His favorite place is standing on Palatine Hill at the Forum in Rome.

Gavin is the Founder and Brew Master for 3 Nations. After college, Gavin attended and graduated from the World Beer Academy in Germany where he first came up with the name for his future brewery. Upon his return to the states, Gavin committed himself to his trade by working for some of the most renowned breweries in the U.S. and region including Goose Island in Chicago, Karbach in Houston and Rahr & Sons in Fort Worth before deciding to open his own brewery. Once funding was secured, Gavin started brewing in a non-airconditioned warehouse in Farmers Branch where he created his first beers – GPA, American Wit and Bulls Brown Ale. With an offer to move the brewery to Carrollton, Gavin has been able to fulfill his life-long dream of having a brewery where people from all walks of life can enjoy good beer. He has enjoyed the growth the brewery has experienced and finds it an honor to work with people who have the same passion that he has for the brand.
