When I moved to Texas, I was fresh out of college and in a completely new element. I joined 3 Nations at the tail end of Summer in 2021, and ever since they have encouraged me to expand my skill set and take on new responsibilities. 3 Nations has provided me with the platform to not only develop an understanding of the industry but also the intricacies of business. My journey from Server to Taphouse manager has not been an accident; 3 Nations has been a transformative and empowering experience, and through my experiences, I have gained the knowledge of the importance of dedication, hard work, and the ability to change.
