Embarking on one of the more ambitious projects of any D-FW brewery, Carrollton’s 3 Nations Brewing has just released the second round of its Symbol Brewing Company series. This flavorful sidebar gives the brewery a chance to spread its wings beyond its core beers, designed for large consumption. The three latest beers from Symbol are perfect for this time of year. A double dry-hopped hazy IPA, a pastry gose with passion fruit, orange and guava, and our decadent favorite of the three, a pecan porter with chocolate, peanut butter, banana and coffee. Some retailers have packs of the Symbol beers on-hand, or you can swing by the brewery’s to-go counter.
